If you (or the organization you are employed/contracted by) are a paid subscriber to Dtreo, you will have access to a database that will allow you to submit personal information about a person (a “Subject”) who is not you, for example, the phone number of a farmer from whom you are collecting animal data. In this case, you must provide a privacy notice to, and procure consent from, any Subject before you submit their data to Dtreo. You must also ensure that if the Subject wants to exercise their rights in regard to their personal information, for example, asking for their personal information to be deleted from Dtreo, that you will act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding personal information in the region where the Subject resides and cooperate with us to take action on the Subject’s request.

Please note that we may be unable to process your request if you do not provide us with the above information.

We will respond to most requests within 30 to 45 days of receipt, depending upon where you reside. However, some requests may take longer. If we do deny your request, we will provide you with the reasons for such denial.
