limited company formed in New Zealand, and its subsidiaries

company formed in Canada, and AbacusBio Pty Limited, a private
limited company formed in Australia) (collectively "us," "we,"
"our") as this Privacy Policy contains important information
regarding your privacy and how we may use the information we collect

Your access to and use of Dtreo is conditional upon your acceptance
of and compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy
applies to everyone, including, but not limited to: visitors, users,

If you (or the organization you are employed/contracted by) are a
paid subscriber to Dtreo, you will have access to a database that
will allow you to submit personal information about a person (a
“Subject”) who is not you, for example, the phone number of a farmer
from whom you are collecting animal data. In this case, you must
provide a privacy notice to, and procure consent from, any Subject
before you submit their data to Dtreo. You must also ensure that if
the Subject wants to exercise their rights in regard to their
personal information, for example, asking for their personal
information to be deleted from Dtreo, that you will act in
accordance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding
personal information in the region where the Subject resides and
cooperate with us to take action on the Subject’s request.
